All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
To confirm a booking:
A minimum advance payment is required (usually 30–50% of total cost).
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day unless otherwise agreed.
Booking is confirmed only after payment receipt and written confirmation from our team.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if:
Payment is not received on time
Incorrect details are provided
The event location is unsafe or inaccessible
If you cancel 7 days before the event → Partial refund may apply
If you cancel within 72 hours → No refund
Custom-made décor items are non-refundable
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, extreme weather, technical issues), we will:
Offer a new date, or
Provide a partial/full refund as applicable
If you request changes after booking:
Minor changes may be accepted without extra cost
Major changes (theme, size, design, or location) may require additional charges
All changes must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event.
Our team will arrive as per the agreed schedule.
You must ensure access to the venue at the scheduled time.
Any delay caused by the client may affect the final setup.
Clients are responsible for protecting the décor after installation.
Any damage caused by guests, weather, or venue issues is not our responsibility.
Replacements may incur additional charges.
All photos, videos, designs, and website content belong to Goa Balloon Decor.
We may use event photos/videos for:
Portfolio
Website
Social media marketing
If you do not want your images used, inform us in writing before the event.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Goa Balloon Decor shall not be liable for:
Delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure events
Venue restrictions or rules
Unavailability of specific materials beyond our control
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.
